Is this a subscription?
Yes. Our service runs on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule to reserve your preferred time.
You may pause or cancel anytime with notice before the weekly cut-off.
Do you offer custom menus?
Yes. Our in-home meal prep is fully customized to your family’s tastes, preferences, and dietary needs.
Menus are planned with you in advance for each session.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Absolutely. We can accommodate common allergies and dietary preferences when discussed in advance.

How are the meals stored?
Meals are portioned into family-style containers, labeled, and stored in your fridge.
Reheating instructions are provided for each dish.
Do I need to provide groceries?
Grocery shopping service is included in all packages for your convenience. Groceries are not included in the service price and are billed separately based on store receipts.
The total cost will vary depending on your menu and ingredient selections. We’re happy to shop at your preferred grocery stores.
Is availability limited?
Yes. To maintain a high-quality, personalized service, we accept a limited number of families each week.
Do I need to be home during the session?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your kitchen, many clients choose to go about their day while we cook.
Pause & Cancellation Policy
You may pause or reschedule your session with advance notice.
Requests must be submitted before the weekly cut-off to apply to the following session.
