These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients of Silver Spoon Victoria’s Weekly Family Meal Delivery service.

1. Service Description

Silver Spoon Victoria provides a subscription-based weekly family dinner delivery service. Each weekly delivery includes chef-prepared meals designed to serve a family of four, as described on our website.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

The service is billed weekly at the rate displayed at the time of enrollment. Founding Families receive a preferred rate that remains locked in while they remain enrolled in the weekly service.

Billing occurs automatically on a recurring basis unless the subscription is paused or cancelled in advance.

3. Pausing or Cancelling

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before Friday at 11:00 PM to apply changes to the following week’s delivery.

There are no fees to pause or cancel.

Requests made after the weekly cut-off apply to the next available week.

4. Refunds

Meals are prepared fresh based on confirmed weekly subscriptions. For this reason, orders cannot be refunded once the weekly cut-off has passed.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us promptly so we may assist.

5. Allergies & Dietary Notes

While we can take note of common allergies when provided, we are unable to accommodate complex medical diets. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ensuring the service meets their needs.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made weekly to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and accessible.

7. Service Availability

To maintain quality and consistency, Silver Spoon Victoria serves a limited number of families each week. Availability is subject to capacity.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update menus, delivery schedules, or service details as needed to maintain quality and operations. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
